01 The service

YAPTOREEL provides AI-assisted tools for creating scripts, hooks, captions, carousels, styles, footage insights, and — where you connect your account — Instagram reel imports and performance context.

02 Subscription, price, and free trial

• YAPTOREEL is offered on two monthly plans: Creator at $49 per month and Pro at $99 per month (US dollars). Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT.
• New accounts may start with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan you selected begins automatically and the first payment ($49 or $99, depending on your plan) is charged.
• Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payments and subscriptions are handled by our billing provider (Clerk Billing) through its secure billing portal.

03 Cancellation — two clicks, any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time, in two clicks: open “Manage subscription” in your account to reach the billing portal, then choose “Cancel plan” and confirm. No phone call, email, or reason is required.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. We provide the pre-contractual and renewal information required by applicable consumer law, and give reasonable advance notice of any price change before it applies to you.

04 Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason. To withdraw, use the withdrawal / cancel function in the billing portal (the same two-click flow described above) or simply email arek@yaptoreel.com — you may also use the model withdrawal form. We will confirm receipt without undue delay and refund any payment due for the withdrawn contract.

Because YAPTOREEL is digital content and services supplied immediately, if you ask us to begin during the 14-day period you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has fully begun and you have confirmed that acknowledgement. Until then, the withdrawal right applies in full.

05 Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to break its security or abuse limits.
• You are responsible for the content you create and publish using the tools.

06 Your content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content and footage you upload and the artifacts you generate. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (for example, processing your content to generate outputs and store your work). We keep ownership of the software, brand, and design system.

07 Instagram connection

Connecting Instagram is optional. When connected, you authorise us to import the reels and insights you select through the official Instagram API, subject to Instagram’s own terms. You can disconnect at any time.

08 Diagnostics, not guarantees

Tools such as Reel Scoring are diagnostic aids — a checklist, not a promise of virality or specific results. AI outputs may contain errors; review them before publishing.

09 Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

10 Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
